This role focuses on video shooting, ensuring they meet our visual standards and brand aesthetics.  The ideal candidate has strong visual storytelling skills, can work independently, and is comfortable working in dynamic, real-world environments such as events, interviews, behind-the-scenes. Stay updated with video trends and social media formatsFront desk assisting During the peak season we are busy at our Basecamp, where we might need someone to sit at the front desk for short periods of time.

However, this responsibility will be very limited since your visual capabilities are where our aspirations are.  Qualifications:  Proven experience as a videographer with a portfolio showcasing past work. Nice to have photography skills.  Basic motion graphics or animation skills (After Effects or similar) are a plus. Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and composition. Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects. Excellent time management and communication skills. Access to your own camera and production equipment (preferred) What we offer:
