Supervise proper payment procedures in the outlet and monitor cost control. Ensure that the expected monthly F&B profits are achieved. Ensure effective payroll control. Guarantee that the team delivers quality service in line with the Hotel’s established standards. Maintain communication with the outlet team and other hotel departments. Coordinate with the Maintenance and Housekeeping departments for necessary repairs and cleaning to ensure the proper functioning of the restaurant. Verify compliance with all applicable regulations, including food safety, licenses, and permits. Monitor the inventory of food, beverages, and supplies, managing orders, records, and cost control. Manage restaurant staff, including training, supervision, and scheduling. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position in hotels with high service standards, including international experience. Studies in related fields (Hospitality, Gastronomy, Bartending, Sommelier, etc.). Advanced English (Mandatory).
