If you are committed to delivering exceptional, personalized luxury service, we invite you to join our team.About The RoleAssists F&B Manager to oversee the operations and lead the team to ensure flawless guest experience.Manage the complete Room Service / In-Villa Dining operation to ensure flawless, timely, and personalized service for all villas.Oversee the planning and execution of all private dinners, including beach dinners, destination dining and special celebrations.Assist in leading, mentoring and training the In-Villa Dining team.Set, implement, and review service standards to ensure consistent quality.Monitor guest preferences, handle special requests, and ensure every private dining experience is uniquely tailored.Supervise and delegate duties; Ensure brand standards are maintainedLiaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.Develop and maintain training programs to ensure a high degree of employees professionalism.Focused on guest feedback and always improve the guest satisfaction scoresChecks outlet’s cleanliness to ensure that it complies with health, safety and hygiene policy Drive creative enhancements to villa dining concepts, destination dining setups, and special event offerings.What Is In It For YouEmployee benefit card offering discounted rates at Accor hotels worldwide.Develop your talent through Accor’s learning programs.Opportunity to grow within your property and across the world!Ability to contribute to local community and make a difference through our Sustainability programsQualificationsYour experience and skills include:Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand.
