Our vision is to redefine the car care experience: professional, efficient, and customer-first.We’re now looking for a hands-on, dynamic Outlet Manager to lead daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and grow the brand’s performance.Job ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of the outlet (car wash, tint, service, accessories, etc.)Lead and motivate team members to achieve monthly sales and service targetsHandle customer inquiries, feedback, and ensure top-quality service deliveryManage stock, inventory, and supplier coordinationPrepare daily sales reports, staff schedules, and operational updatesEnsure cleanliness, safety, and equipment upkeep at all timesExecute marketing and promotional campaigns with HQDrive staff training, performance, and discipline
