This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in areas such as LinkedIn recruitment, lead generation, and account-based marketing (ABM). Key Tasks:Lead and manage the Outreach team to ensure accountability, goal alignment, and outreach performance excellence.Develop and optimize Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to drive recruitment and client acquisition.Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns targeting both Virtual Assistants (VAs) and B2B clients.Use tools like Sales Navigator, Warmly, and data enrichment platforms to identify, segment, and qualify leads.Build and maintain ABM prospect lists with accurate targeting for outreach initiatives in order to create and refine personalized LinkedIn and email sequences aligned with tone, segmentation, and conversion goals.Track and analyze outreach metrics, connection rate, reply rate, SQL volume, conversion rate, and costs.Oversee automation workflow testing across LinkedIn and Warmly to scale client-facing outreach.Coordinate with marketing teams and C-level profiles to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.Continuously test, analyze, and iterate outreach strategies based on performance and feedback.Collaborate with the Brand team to maintain visual and communicational standards.Work with the Associate Director of Acquisitions to balance VA supply with client demand.Report weekly on KPIs, insights, and optimization recommendations.Key Responsabilites:Lead the design and execution of ABM-driven outreach strategies for lead generation.Lead the design and development of Human to Human strategies for lead generation.Strategize the operational execution to attract Talented Latino Professionals. Maintaining a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.Assure a constant output of business prospects (Qualified SQL’s) aligned with Virtual Latinos’ growth goals.Utilize deanonymization tools to create lead lists and orchestrate Outreach workflows.Support Warm Email Marketing efforts and strategies by segmenting lists, refining targeting logic, and improving response rates.Ensure consistent and high-quality communication between automation tools, CRMs, and data tracking systems.Collaborate with strategic Marketing verticals, and operational Recruitment verticals to ensure strategic alignment and data accuracy.Continuously refine outreach processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and ROI.Continuously suggest improvements and efficiencies for the process.Sustain a quality assurance methodology based on Lean Six Sigma for team excellence.Assure the completion of weekly sprints. Stay updated with best practices in LinkedIn prospecting, ABM, and email deliverabilityRequired Skills:6+ years of proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation, ABM Marketing and outreach campaign management.Proven experience managing cold outreach campaigns and sequencing tools.Strong understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) frameworks.Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot and deanonymization tools.Experience with data enrichment and denomination tools for prospect segmentation and personalization.Excellent written communication skills in English with a focus on human-centric messaging.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and optimize outreach performance.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.Excellent strategic skills to prospect new initiatives that sustain a high growth potential.Experience in A/B testing outreach scripts and message optimization.Preferred Skills (Not required)Understanding of email deliverability, domain warm-up, and inbox management.Knowledge of AI-driven prospecting and personalization tools.Background in digital marketing or customer acquisition within remote-first companies.Ideally, experience using Project Management Software
