As the Outside Operations Manager at Lytegen, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all outdoor operations, ensuring that our projects are executed seamlessly. This management position is responsible for leading a team of field staff and contractors, coordinating logistics, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. You will be the point of contact for clients and stakeholders, navigating on-site challenges while fostering a culture of efficiency and responsiveness.
