At TradeStation, we're continuously pushing the boundaries of what's possible, encouraging out-of-the-box thinking, relentless search for innovation, and a view that every client interaction is an opportunity to differentiate.What We Are Looking For:TradeStation Europe (Amsterdam, The Netherlands) is looking for an Outside Sales Representative who is an accomplished financial services professional to be responsible for executing the overall sales vision for our multi-asset class offering in Spain. Within these countries, the candidate will focus on acquiring high-value customers in the professional and retail segments via outbound sales calls to financial and non-financial businesses, warm marketing-generated retail leads, and in-person meetings internationally. The ideal candidate is a high-impact individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, results-driven approach, and a proven history of building business relationships with Institutional customers in Spain.What You’ll Be Doing:Identify, prospect, lead, and win new business with Institutional clients aligned with the firm’s strategic goalsDiscern and prioritize high-value retail prospects within the TradeStation pipeline, affording them personalized, concierge-style onboarding experiencesBring a consultative sales mindset, and lead discovery efforts, to uncover prospect pain points to tailor a TradeStation solutionProvide demos of TradeStation’s platforms and products via web– and in–person meetingsGuide Institutional clients through the intricacies of account setup, funding, and the initial software installation process in partnership with the Client Experience teamServe as a high-level point of contact for customer support, and liaison with other TradeStation business units, to escalate and resolve urgent client support issuesConduct regular business reviews and performance consultations with key accounts to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty, as well as identify upsell / cross-sell opportunitiesStay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities, adjust sales plans, and contribute to customer retention strategiesContribute to a collaborative team environment and with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with the overall business objectivesMaintain a positive representation of TradeStation through professionalism, courtesy, a commitment to surpassing client expectations, and ensuring regulatory compliance across all jurisdictions and practicesThe Skills You Bring:Prior experience in financial service sales or account management in the European Professional client segment (Hedge Funds, Family Offices, Asset Managers, Broker-Dealers, Wealth Managers, Proprietary Traders, HNWI)Experience managing the full sales cycle, with the proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics; self-generate Professional client leads; drive revenue growth; and meet sales targetsExceptional verbal and written communication, enabling you to project thought leadership and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organizationCollaborative Sales experience with a focus on actively listening, eliciting information, comprehending customer issues/needs, and recommending solutionsExcellent organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage a sales pipeline and maintain a high standard of follow-up in a fast-paced, results-oriented environmentIn depth understanding of U.S. financial markets including Equities, Options, and FuturesKnowledge of multiple (Institutional) electronic trading platforms and the competition in our industryStrong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify market trends and capitalize on business opportunitiesCollaborative mindset to build strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams to drive solutionsBackground in electronic trading, algorithmic trading, and/or derivatives preferredKnowledge of FIX protocols, APIs, or other integration technologies preferredMinimum Qualifications:Resident of The NetherlandsSpanish-language (Native), English-language (Fluent)Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or financial industry professional certification10+ years of financial service Sales experience to European Professional clients in SpainWillingness to travel internationally on a regular basisDutch Securities Institute Certification (or obtainable within 60 days)What We Offer:Collaborative and Innovative work environmentFlexible working environmentCompetitive Salary, plus generous PensionAnnual Bonus OpportunitiesPaid Time OffHoliday AllowanceTradeStation Account employee benefits, as well as full access to trading education materials
