Outside Sales Representative

We provide cutting-edge ERP systems, mobile apps, and digital solutions to businesses across multiple sectors including retail, manufacturing, contracting, and services.Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP software sales (preferably ERPNext) and a passion for building client relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving business growth.Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities for ERPNext solutions and IT services.Conduct on-site client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations of Xcode’s ERPNext solutions.Understand client needs and propose tailored ERP modules and integration options.Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts in coordination with the technical team.Follow up on leads, manage the sales pipeline, and achieve assigned sales targets.Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for renewals, upgrades, and AMC contracts.Provide market insights and feedback to help refine Xcode’s ERP offerings and marketing strategies.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.Minimum 4 years of experience in ERP / IT solution sales, preferably with ERPNext or similar platforms (SAP, Odoo, Zoho, etc.).Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).Strong understanding of business processes such as Accounting, HR, CRM, and Projects.UAE Driving License is preferred.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.What We Offer:Competitive salary plus attractive commission structure.Ongoing product and technical training.Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company.Friendly and innovative work environment in the heart of Abu Dhabi.How to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to send their CV to hr@xcode.ae with the subject line “Outside Sales Representative – ERPNext”.
