Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented Finance and Admin Associate to support our day-to-day financial and administrative operations. This role does not require a certified bookkeeper but should have experience using Xero and handling financial tasks in support of UK-based accounting standards. Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and upload company receipts into Xero accounting systemProficiency in Microsoft ExcelManage daily financial transactions and record-keepingReconcile bank statements and financial accountsRaise invoices and ensure timely billingPrepare monthly financial reports and expense summariesAssist with VAT returns and ensure compliance with UK financial reporting standardsSupport month-end and quarter-end financial closingsAssist in preparing documentation for annual financial auditsDownload and organize bank statements via internet bankingPerform general administrative dutiesMaintain accurate digital and physical filing systemsProvide support for ad hoc reporting and administrative requirementsICAEW, ACCA, CIMA (can also endorse and consider)Responding to KYC requests from banks and service providersset up and organization of the bookkeeping software, Xero, Dext, Access online banking and create payments for approval, download statements and file financial reports correctlyLiaise with the company accountants for each business, respond to queriesDraft and distribute invoices to clientsReconcile expenses weekly and send invoice down for paymentFile personal expense claims for staff and send down for paymentCoordinate and implement address changes with regulatory authorities and suppliers as requiredOpen and create a supplier file for each service providerFile the final version of accounts and VAT returns as received from the accountantQualificationsA bookkeeping qualification is an advantageAt least 2 years of experience as a Finance admin or equivalentAdditional InformationM to F, 3pm to 12am PH TimeMust be willing to work onsite - Eastwood Quezon City
