As a leading provider, DLT Finance supports financial institutions globally, helping them to stay compliant and competitive in the evolving crypto market.Key ResponsibilitiesBe first contact for all things Outsourcing and Third-Party Management and related risks, including but not only:Onboarding & Controls: Implement our policies and compliant standards while guiding our partners, vendors and other third-parties through our Onboarding journey and on-going monitoringMitigation: Develop risk management and outsourcing monitoring controls and contingency plans to address identified risks and ensure effective risk mitigation processes are in place.External service providers and stakeholders: You communicate risk policies and processes to all stakeholders and provide training and promote the development and implementation of consistent outsourcing management strategies and controls.Improvement: You bring audit and outsourcing experience to our team and our processes and become responsible for the development of existing and new reports and systems used.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, business mathematics, legal or a related field; Professional qualifications (e.g. CRM, FRM or similar) are advantageous.A proven track record in Third Party and/or Outsourcing Management, including experience in the creation and implementation of Tools, Policies and Procedures.Profound understanding of Securities, and the Fintech (incl. Digital Assets) sector.Problem-solving orientation and the ability to explain complex risk assessments to stakeholders at all levels.Outstanding communication, analytical skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
