Fuji.About The JobBased at the Mandarin Oriental Tokyo, Overnight Server is responsible for providing the In Room Dining Service at 22:00-07:00 shift with the below duties and responsibilities.Duties And Supporting ResponsibilitiesDuties & ResponsibilitiesMaintains a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming at all timesWears designated uniform which are well pressed and in a good state of repairTo ensure that the Fire Life Health Safety and Security company standards and HACCP Standards are maintained and carried out.To be fully informed and aware about all information concerning Food and Beverage outlets and hotel facilities of Mandarin Oriental, TokyoMaintains a good knowledge of all hotel facilities and is able to answer guest questions in a quick, polite and helpful mannerHandles guest complaints or problems promptly, ensuring that any resolved / unresolved incidents are reported to the manager in a timely mannerDemonstrates security conscious behaviours in respect of guests, colleagues and hotel property / welfare and reports suspicious circumstances to the managerAttends meetings and training sessions that may be beneficial personally or to the operation.Support company's philosophy and company culture through the use of Pillars and Legendary Quality Experiences on a daily basis to ensure Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement.Assist Guest courteously and efficiently.Communicate with Kitchen for any guests’ special request and dietary requirements.To prepare the working station and side station assigned with sufficient Mise en Place.To maintain the back of the house neat, tidy, clean and safe.Continuously monitor his/her section for maximum guest’s satisfaction.To deliver the correct order to the guest.To carry out daily, weekly and monthly inventory.To welcome every guest in the appropriate manner.To wish each and every guest a warm farewell and thank them for coming.Assist and support all mandarin Oriental Tokyo colleagues as requiredOur Commitment To YouLearning & Development.
