We are looking for an experienced Overseas Recruitment Manager to join our team, leading global talent acquisition initiatives and building localized recruitment capabilities across key international markets. This role will play a critical part in shaping our global talent strategy and supporting the company’s rapid overseas growth.🎯 ResponsibilitiesLead the overall overseas recruitment strategy, focusing on both overseas Chinese and local talent to support the company’s global talent expansion in key markets.Partner closely with business leaders to understand strategic goals and develop localized recruitment plans that ensure timely hiring for critical roles and core teams.Continuously expand and maintain overseas recruitment channels (including job boards, headhunters, social communities, universities, and professional associations) to improve hiring quality and efficiency.Build and optimize overseas recruitment processes while enhancing employer branding across international markets.Conduct regular recruitment data analysis and reviews to provide insights and optimization recommendations, ensuring hiring targets are achieved.✅ RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Management, Languages, or related fields.3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in fast-growing industries such as Internet, e-commerce, or FMCG.Strong understanding of overseas recruitment channels and approaches for both overseas Chinese and local talent; overseas work or study experience is a plus.Fluent in English, capable of using it as a working language.Result-oriented, highly self-driven, resilient, and capable of independently managing projects and delivering outcomes efficiently.
