As a junior/ mid Talent Sourcer on a 6-month fixed-term contract, you'll be at the forefront of hiring for a fast-scaling startup environment. You’ll work proactively to identify and engage top passive talent across both technical and non-technical roles, build and nurture talent pipelines for future hiring needs, and provide hiring managers with valuable market insights to support strategic decisions.
