Descripción del empleoWhat You DoAs Owned Media Specialist you contribute to added customer value, a strong brand and increased sales by setting customer centric communication plans across specified local digital channels. You work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your workResponsible for the overall tactics, plans and execution of local channel activation in collaboration with aligned with the overall regional guidelines and plan.Set the yearly plan in collaboration with Paid media & loyalty where applicable to ensure a holistic customer plan that amplifies each stage of the relationship framework in your Sales Market. Ensure channel performance and optimization from a sales and customer perspective in collaboration with the Digital team.Planning and maintaining high-quality content that engages the target audience. Use your deep understanding of the target audience, their preferences, and their behaviors to inform your plans, tailoring content to resonate with the audience and drive engagement.Provide data driven input on performance as part of the total follow up Responsible for developing plans and content in collaboration with the content operations team, based on regional plans and aligned with regional media manager. Forecasts, follow-up and analysis of performance and KPIs in the channellAdapt to changing digital trends and technologies and stay connected with the latest developments to continually optimize owned media strategies.Who You AreYou are responsible for driving customer growth, retention & development in your sales market through locally relevant owned media channels. You have strong commercial focus and are insight and data driven, with proven ability to drive results and work towards goalsMarketing, communication or business degree/relevant qualifications – if not, at least 3-5 years of working experience in marketing or media roles with a owned media – email and push + smsStrategic experience from driving brand & customer growth for different target groups, preferably from relevant local markets and excellent knowledge and experience from working with key digital channels in the region (at least 5 years of working experience in above areas).Have experience from setting and managing large media budgets Strategic thinker with broad marketing & media skills with a focus on digital media channels Sales market to fill out local specific knowledge and skillset linked to channel ownership Good understanding of local media landscape and how media agencies operate High analytical ability and structured, organized and efficient.
