Contract opportunity with our client for an HRIS Analyst to support HR data-driven insights and HR system management. This hybrid contract role is ideal for a hands-on professional with extensive experience working within a single business entity with deep knowledge of UKG Pro, Power BI, and Deltek (Payroll & Time). ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with HR and leadership to define system strategies and develop plans for modifying or upgrading HRIS tools and modules. Partner with HR and Benefits teams to ensure compliance with EEO-1, AAP, and ACA annual reporting requirements. Support annual open enrollment system configuration and deployment.
Assist Talent Acquisition team by generating ad hoc reports and maintaining data accuracy. Lead system configuration for performance reviews, merit increases, engagement surveys, and similar HR initiatives. Evaluate system capabilities and recommend enhancements to optimize efficiency and functionality. Prepare comprehensive reports and provide data-driven insights to HR and leadership. Develop and implement automated processes, reports, and system enhancements. Work closely with IT for planning, customization, and testing of new HRIS features. Create user documentation, training materials, and provide hands-on system support and training.
Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field is requiredSHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus10+ years of progressive HRIS experience in a corporate settingProven expertise with UKG Pro, UKG Cognos Reporting, Power BI, and Deltek VantagepointStrong verbal and written communication skills, including report writing and data visualizationDemonstrated ability to convert complex data into actionable HR strategiesExcellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative, process-oriented mindsetStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailDeep understanding of HR operations, compliance requirements, and data privacy best practicesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)Technically skilled in system design, functional analysis, and customizationHRIS Analyst - 25-00446
