Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the Australian market and regain lost market share. Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive business development efforts. Customer Relationship ManagementReactivate dormant accounts and strengthen relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business. Conduct regular customer visits and business negotiations to secure contracts and long-term partnerships. Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty. Sales & Revenue GenerationIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and lead generation.
Prepare and present sales proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations. Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and adjust strategies to maximize revenue. Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams to align sales efforts with business objectives. Provide market feedback to internal teams to improve product offerings and customer experience. Qualifications & RequirementsEssential Skills & Experience5+ years of sales experience, preferably in Retail and Healthcare Product. Proven track record in business development, market expansion, and key account management. Strong understanding of the ANZ market (experience working in NZ is a plus). Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyze market data and customer insights to drive decision-making. Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development. Preferred QualificationsExperience in reactivating lost customers and regaining market share. Familiarity with CRM tools (e. g. , Salesforce, HubSpot). Strong presentation and proposal-writing skills.
