Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant based in Tirana, Albania. The Accountant will handle day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax preparation. Responsibilities also include managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The Accountant will work closely with the finance team to support budget preparation and financial planning efforts to ensure the firm's financial health.
Qualifications Proficiency in bookkeeping and financial reportingExperience with accounts payable and receivable managementSkills in tax preparation and compliance with local regulationsProficiency in accounting software and MS OfficeStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldPrior experience in a law firm or corporate setting is a plus
