Position Location: Heraklion, CreteCloud Services (Oxygen) company is one of the certified companies by AADE to provider electronic invoicing in Greece (myDATA). Through its Saas software, Oxygen Pelatologio (oxygen. gr), which is a business software CRM/ERP, it particularly focuses on electronic invoicing, cloud cashier/POS, online payments, e-shop integrations, and the broader management of businesses. Oxygen has its headquarters in STEP-C at the Foundation of Research and Technology Park (FORTH) in Heraklion, Crete. We are looking for new members for the sales department and the customer service department.
Customer service is conducted through the management of incoming phone calls and tickets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a genuine passion for helping others. Responsibilities: Managing incoming calls and tickets and prioritizing themDiagnosing customer requests and/or problems in order to provide customer service Informing existing and potential customers about the company's products and servicesRecording relevant data in the necessary systems of the company Requirements: Excellent communication skills and comfort with telephone communicationPrevious relevant work experience or work in a commercial/accounting sector will be considered an asset.
Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Mathematics field or previous experience in the above fields. Strong communication skills in EnglishGood knowledge of computer operation including Word / Excel & familiarity with web and email.
