OysterLink is the newest and fastest growing restaurant & hospitality job site. The site just launched recently and is generating over 300,000 monthly visitors organically. Our goal is to generate millions of monthly visitors organically within two years' time. We are seeking a talented Product Manager to: Plan out features and create specification documentsBe proactive to improve upon ideas and utilize AI to streamline executionManage the dev team on the implementation of various featuresProvide quality test control to ensure features have no bugsBONUS:

ability to track user behavior via analytics and make informed decisions The end GOAL of the Product Manager is to: Lead product research & planning for a new generation job recruiting platform, aimed to grow to over 1 million users (MAU) by end of 2026. Requirements:

5+ years of experience leading dev teams of 5+ people and building software products1+ years of experience using AI for product development and dev team management to accelerate product research, planning, design, and development and deliveryBusiness oriented approach to product development is must - elementary knowledge of SEO, Marketing across multiple channels & AnalyticsBe ready to demonstrate samples of your previous work, including: Doing product researchCreating diagrams & wireframesWriting technical specification documentsEnsure tasks are prompt ready, so AI assisted development is efficientCreating Analytics reports & product experimentsEtc.

Technical (development) background is a plusPrevious experience with similar websites/products (job boards, job apps) is a plus BONUS: Google Analytics / BigQuery analysis and Looker Studio reporting, turning raw event data into clear growth next steps and features to test plansHands-on with Optimizely, VWO, Clarity, or similar testing/insight tools Responsibilities: Manage the development teamGather and document business requirements (From GM & departments leads – SEO/Marketing, support, content, finance, etc.

)Evaluate and prioritize product requirements (with the company leadership)Create and maintain prioritized backlogWrite technical specifications for features and maintain full project documentationWork with a UI/UX designer to create designs/mockupsEstimate the development effort required to complete features/product requirements (with the dev lead/dev team)Create and maintain the project roadmap, delivery timelines and ensure smooth delivery processDaily track product results, run feature experiments and optimize for conversionsDaily ResearchDaily keep up with AI tools and advances in the fieldDaily keep up with competition and do constant research on our target market needs The ideal candidate must be a proactive and independent thinker who can take ownership of the tasks at hand and ensure timely & quality output through collaboration with other team members.
