Category Manager - Cosmetics

Ozone Entertainment is one of the largest and fastest-growing e-commerce retailers in Bulgaria. Our current portfolio includes ozone. bg, baby. bg, our international websites in Romania, Greece, and Croatia, as well as our physical stores Ozone Games, Ozone Live, PhotoPavilion, and our publishing house Artline Studios. The Sales department at Ozone. bg is continuing its expansion to accommodate the management of all our current brands and enable further growth. We are currently looking for a Category Manager – Cosmetics to join our team. Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage assigned product categoryOwn and manage the full P&L for the assigned product caLead the strategic development of the category, including assortment planning, pricing, positioning, and lifecycle management Develop sales forecasts and track performance against targets (revenue, margin, inventory turnover) Analyze consumer trends, market data, and competitor benchmarks to optimize the category's performance Lead and/or support the negotiations with vendors of cosmetic productsCollaborate closely with internal teams to ensure category growth and operational efficiency Oversee pricing and promotional strategies Monitor category performance metrics (sales, margin, inventory turnover) and propose data-driven improvements Lead a team of product managersRequirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field •Relevant experience in the field of cosmetics products as Product Manager, Category Manager, Buyer or other relevant positionProven experience in category or product management in e-commerce and /or retail Strong commercial sense and negotiation skills Data-driven mindset with attention to detail Excellent communication and presentation skills Passion for online retail and product trends Fluency in English Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team •Excellent problem-solving skills Proactively help staff and maintain a ‘can do’ attitude when under pressure High level of energy, drive and enthusiasmWhat we offer:
