Site Manager – Job DescriptionAbout the Role: As a Site Manager at PBC Builders, you will oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers while maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholdersKey Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications. Lead and motivate site teams to achieve project goals and deadlines. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth project delivery. Monitor project progress, costs, and quality, providing regular updates to senior management. Resolve any issues or delays that may arise on-site. Ensure all work meets PBC Builders’ quality standards and client expectations. Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry. Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
