In this role, you will be responsible for handling user disputes on P2P trades, ensuring fair, compliant, and efficient resolutions while maintaining an excellent user experience. You will act as the key bridge between users, internal compliance teams, and customer support to safeguard the platform’s integrity.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and resolve P2P transaction disputes between buyers and sellers in a timely and impartial manner.Conduct detailed investigation of trade records, payment proofs, and user communication to determine valid outcomes.Escalate complex or high-risk cases to the compliance or fraud investigation team when necessary.Communicate clearly with users regarding dispute results and platform policies.Identify and report suspicious or fraudulent activities, ensuring all resolutions align with AML and KYC regulations.Collaborate closely with local market P2P teams, support, and risk operations to enhance dispute handling efficiency.Provide feedback on process improvements to reduce dispute rates and improve platform trust in the African market.Requirements2+ years of experience in P2P operations, customer service, fraud analysis, or dispute resolution, preferably in a fintech or crypto exchange.Familiar with P2P trading workflows, crypto payment methods, and local banking systems across African markets.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in French, Swahili, Arabic, or other African languages is a plus.Able to work independently and under pressure, especially during high-volume dispute periods.High level of integrity, professionalism, and user empathy.Contract DetailsDuration: 6 months (contractor).Work Arrangement: Remote, Africa time zoneSchedule: Rotational or flexible shift may apply depending on dispute volumeWhy Join UsAt Bybit, we are committed to fostering a supportive and enriching work environment.Our benefits include:Study Growth Fund: We support your professional development and continuous learning.Internal Events: Participate in regular team-building activities, workshops, and events designed to promote collaboration and innovation.Global Collaboration: Be part of a diverse, international team, working alongside colleagues from around the world.Career Advancement: Access opportunities for growth and advancement within a rapidly expanding global company.Internal Mobility: Grow with us—your long-term development is important to us.
