The P2P Team Lead works with the P2P team, GFS team and various department managers and staff to ensure continuous process improvement.Your responsibilitiesDrive best practices and oversee the day-to-day P2P services provided to countries.Respond to internal and external suppliers for all P2P issues and queries.Ensure disbursements are made according to agreed payment terms.Ongoing design and implementation of P2P policies and procedures in line with legal requirements.Ensure departmental records are retained in accordance with corporate policy.Optimize team engagement and commitment to outstanding performance.Optimize awareness and knowledge to ensure compliance to, and maintenance of, internal controls in accordance with Reckitt policies, local tax regulations and accounting.Document, monitor, and execute Policies and Procedures related to P2P to establish standard practices further ensuring accuracy and success of internal controls, financial reporting, and audit compliance.Ensure that all working practices follow the Reckitt standard policies and procedures.Annual responsibilities, including support of outside audits, bank reviews, tax return support, budgets, and employee performance management.Ensuring completeness and accuracy of expense accounting through correct invoice coding and accrual inputs.Managing the transactions activities across the accounts payable team ensuring all ledgers are properly maintained with accurate and timely processing of invoices and creation of payment runs compliant with internal controls and external regulations.The experience we're looking forBachelor's Degree required, preferably in Accounting. Certified accountant status is advantage.Fluent English and Hungarian3+ years' experience in accounting.
