Job DescriptionPA Consulting is looking for a dynamic Human Resources Regional Lead to drive HR initiatives across the region, align with our strategic goals, and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture. The People Lead is a key member of The Regions’ leadership teams, helping to shape and enable the people agenda and local people strategy. They will also be a key member and contributor to our Global HR leadership team and report to the Chief People Officer. Location:  CopenhagenKey Responsibilities:

Lead and manage HR functions regionally, ensuring alignment with PA Consulting's strategic objectives. Develop and implement HR strategies to support business goals and enhance employee engagement. Provide expert advice to senior leaders on talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. Oversee recruitment and onboarding, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent. Manage performance management processes, including setting objectives, conducting appraisals, and providing feedback. Ensure compliance with local labour laws and maintain up-to-date HR best practices. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Act as go-to person for complex employee relations in the regions and lead complex cases and senior cases Work closely with PA’s Chief People Officer and Global HR COE leads to deliver the global people strategy within the regions. Lead and contribute to global HR transformation projects and ensure strong local implementation QualificationsWhat We're Looking For: Extensive experience in HR roles, with a strong background in managing regional HR functions, ideally within professional services. Significant experience of strategic HR partnering at a leadership level Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business success.

Hands-on HR experience, with the ability to engage directly in HR activities without a large support team. Strong knowledge of local labour laws and regulations in at least one geography and a working knowledge in all. HR change management and transformation experience  Experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. Background in professional services or consulting is preferred. Personal Attributes: Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders. High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results with minimal oversight. Resilience and adaptability, with a positive and proactive approach to challenges. Commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture. Ability to navigate complex organizational landscapes and drive strategic HR initiatives.
