Pacific Companies is seeking a proactive and organized Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

If you’re ready to make an impact at one of the most trusted healthcare firms, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the company. Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates. Screening: Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Interviewing:

Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the selection process. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication, providing feedback, and managing expectations. Job Descriptions: Create and update job descriptions to accurately reflect the responsibilities and requirements of each role. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Paycom; company applicant tracking system (ATS). Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or corporate recruitingAt least 2 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced sales environmentStrong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software; Paycom preferred. Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and composure always, including in stressful situations. Ability to be a self-motivated team player who takes initiative. Exhibit a high degree of conflict resolution skills while prioritizing business needs.

Proficient in the English language. Work EnvironmentOnsite Monday through Friday. Regular office hours with the possibility of after-hours support.
