Quality Coordinator

Pack Tech, a packaging company founded in Denmark in 1946, is seeking a new Quality coordinator. For over seven decades, we've been creating unique packaging solutions, with a keen focus on plastic packaging for the beauty industry. Our pioneering concept, Ocean Waste Plastic (OWP), sets us apart in the market.  About OWP: Ocean Waste Plastic is an innovative concept founded and owned by Pack Tech. With this initiative, we collect plastic waste from oceans and rivers, transforming it into new plastic granulate. This granulate is the foundation for our distinctive OWP packaging solutions. What We're Seeking:

We are looking for a Quality coordinator to work alongside our COO with ensuring and continuously improving our quality control and assurance.  The Quality coordinator is also expected to communicate and delegate task to our Chinese office.  The primary work areas will be:  • Complaints handling. • Ensure ongoing maintenance of ISO 9001 and 14001. • Continuously develop a quality protocol with our Chinese department for outgoing order control. • Arrange analyses with 3rd parties for selected plastic raw materials. • Handle regulatory inquiries from customers. • Develop our quality department in collaboration with relevant external consultants.  Who You Are:

We are looking for an individual who possesses the following qualifications and traits: Experience or education within quality management. Knowledge of ISO standards. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and different cultures. The practicalities: The job is based out of our HQ in Hellerup, Denmark. Full-time presence in the office is expected as many of the tasks are cross-functional.
