A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems. You will work developing solutions that excel at user experience, style, performance, reliability and scalability to reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value. Your primary responsibilities include:Build, automate and release solutions based on clients’ priorities and requirements.Explore and discover risks and resolving issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality and bring to the table potential solutions.Make sure that all integration solutions meet the client specifications and are delivered on timePreferred EducationMaster's DegreeRequired Technical And Professional ExpertiseWorkday HCM certification and also certified in Talent & Performance or Learning.Competence and relevant experience in leading workshops for WD Talent and/or Performance or WD Learning Workday modules in at least 1 project.2+year experience in end to end implementation of HCM Core and Talent and Performance or Learning module for American, European and/or APAC customer businesses is preferredIdentify Business Requirement for Talent and Performance / Learning work stream and align them to Workday, driving towards decisions and recommending best practices in all phases of the Project.Advise clients on industry standards for Talent & Performance cycle process areas in order to provide suggestions, drive decision and recommend best practices in all phases of the projectPreferred Technical And Professional ExperienceProficiency in Core HCM and advanced reporting in WorkdayStrong analytical skills to interpret and eventually translate business requirements to system designExcellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations
