Packaging Design Staff

About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Packaging Design Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative and functional packaging designs that align with brand identity, product requirements, and sustainability goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop packaging concepts and designs that reflect the brand’s identity and meet functional and aesthetic requirements.Prepare and review packaging design specifications.Coordinate with external vendors and printing partners to ensure quality and color consistency.Support packaging development projects, including redesigns, new product launches, and cost optimization initiatives..QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in packaging design, preferably in the FMCG, food, or beverage industry.Proficient in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar).Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and project management skills.Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
