About This PositionPackaging excellence PD manager to lead project management, product innovation and cost optimization. Strong leadership and strategy to drive Packaging excellence innovation aligned with global team. Collaborate closely with the corresponding stakeholders and associated customers and external parties. What you´ll do Technical leadership to improve regional product excellence. Lead MOC project management, project pipeline planning and steer collaboration with ASC team. Technical representative in TPTs and COGS and support PPM team to drive COGS delivery. Manufacturing technical support for quality improvement, troubleshooting and customer complaints. Supplier collaboration with procurement team to achieve product maintenance and optimization. What makes you a good fit Master or PhD preferred in Polymer, Material and Chemistry. English fluent for daily communication. Experience in packaging industry and adhesive technical background preferred. Quick learner, open-minded and good communication skills.
