Responsibility/ Trách nhiệm:Trước khi kiểm hàng phải kiểm tra đối chiếu sản phẩm, chế trình, chi tiết đóng gói,SOP, sản phẩm mẫu. Nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm. Thường xuyên tuần kiểm sản phẩm làm ra ( chất lượng …. )Kiểm tra sản phẩm đầu tiên ( so với SOP , Hàng mẫu …. )Đưa sản phẩm đầu tiên cho cán bộ xác nhậnKiểm tra chế trình,chi tiết đóng gói,hình ảnh SOP, hàng mẫuKiểm tra sản phẩm vật tư & bits đạt yêu cầu chất lượngKiểm soát, phân loại, loại bỏ lỗi dị thường trên mỗi sẩn phẩmThực hiện đúng PPE ( Đeo kính bảo hộ , nút chống ồn, giầy bảo hộ, đồng phục công ty..... )Ghi báo biểu trung trực ( đúng thời gian 1 tiếng 1 lần , đúng sản lượng , …......... )Đạt sản lượng & chất lượng tiêu chuẩn công ty đề ra. (Sản lượng & chất lượng của mỗi đơn vị tiêu chuẩn khác nhau đối với nhân viên mới )Tuần thứ nhất : thử việcTuần thứ 2 : sản lượng đạt 70% ~ 80%Tuần thứ 3 : sản lượng đạt 90% ~ 100% Accountability/ Quyền hạn:Trước khi lên chuyền kiểm tra đối chiếu sản phẩm , chế trình , chi tiết đóng , SOP , sản phẩm mẫu. Kiểm tra đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm đầu ra , phân loại hàng NG-OK. Kiểm hàng phải đạt được chất lượng theo tiêu chuẩn SBD đề ra.
