Analyst (Investment Operations)

Paeonia Group is a Singapore-based family office and an investment holding company. It directly manages wholly-owned companies in the US and Asia with decades of operating history in global markets. Apart from its operating businesses, Paeonia Group invests globally through its investment arm, Paeonia Capital, across a diverse range of asset classes including equities, fixed income, hedge funds, real estate, venture capital/private equity funds and direct investments. We are currently seeking an Analyst (Investment Operations) with a finance and/or investment background to join our team. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Investment & Business Development SupportConduct basic research and data collection to support investment analysis, market assessments, and business development initiatives. Support financial analysis tasks and building financial valuation models for investment opportunities. Participate in deal sourcing activities, including market research, industry event support, and initial screening of inbound investment opportunities. Assist in the maintenance of investment databases, trackers, and tools for monitoring portfolio companies and business opportunities. Support special projects as assigned, including due diligence coordination and preparation of background briefings. Administrative & Operational SupportPrepare, edit, and design professional presentations (slide decks) for internal and external stakeholders.

Accurately record, draft, and distribute meeting minutes, ensuring follow-up on action items. Assist in drafting, formatting, and finalizing internal reports, memos, and investment documentation. Coordinate meetings and calls, manage scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. 2–4 years of relevant work experience (investment, finance, accounting, or audit roles preferred). Strong analytical, quantitative, written, and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with experience in slide preparation and data presentation.
