This is a high-impact, C-suite role suited to a strategic finance leader with experience in M&A, investment decision-making, and operating within complex, cross-border and matrix environments. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the organisation's financial strategy in line with business objectives. Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and uphold strong corporate governance. Provide strategic financial advice to the Board and senior leadership. Mentor and lead a high-performing finance team to drive operational excellence. Manage relationships with external stakeholders including auditors, banks, and regulators.
