The site just launched recently and is generating over 300,000 monthly visitors organically.We are seeking a Paid Marketing Expert with creative thinking, hands-on expertise, and excellent English communication - with proven experience in:Managing and optimizing Google Ads and Paid Social campaigns to achieve performance goalsCreating effective ad copy and visuals tailored for different audiences and platformsSetting up conversion tracking, analytics dashboards, and clear reporting processesDefining realistic monthly KPIs, tracking results, and producing insightful performance reportsThe GOALS for this position is to:Drive qualified candidates to the site who sign up and create free profilesGenerate consistent job postings from hiring managers through paid channelsGrow our social following and engagement through effective paid campaignsIncrease re-engagement and return visits through data-driven remarketing & retargetingRequired skills:7+ years of experience growing brands through paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)Excellent English speaking and writing skillsProven hands-on expertise in Paid Search and Paid SocialDeep understanding of campaign analytics (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc.)Strong copywriting and creative direction for ads and landing pagesProven ability to leverage AI tools to optimize targeting, bidding, and ad creationStrategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing performance-driven campaignsOyster Link offers competitive salaries, yearly growth opportunities AND profit sharing.This is for a full-time, remote-work-at-home position.
