We thrive on testing new ideas, analyzing results, and turning insights into action.We are now looking for a Paid Media Analyst to join our Paid Media team. This role is the backbone of our reporting and ad operations, ensuring every upload, campaign, and performance report is accurate and delivered on time. You will support both the Paid Media and Retention teams by keeping data clean, organized, and actionable so that our strategists can make smarter, faster decisions.If you love precision, structure, and turning numbers into clarity, you will fit right in.The MissionProvide essential Paid Media and Reporting support by managing Meta ad uploads, campaign data, and performance tracking with speed and accuracy. You will be the backbone that keeps Freebird's ad operations running seamlessly, ensuring every number, tracker, and insight is rock solid.What You'll DoAd OperationsReview and upload 40 to 50 Meta ads per day across Facebook and Instagram with zero errorsQA copy, tracking links, and naming conventions for accuracy and consistencyCollaborate with Paid Social and Creative teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues quicklyReporting and InsightsPull and organize weekly performance data across Paid, Email, and SMS channelsMaintain accurate performance trackers and create clean, easy-to-read reportsSurface insights that help the team make smarter creative and targeting decisionsTesting and Growth SupportTrack A/B tests, document results, and summarize key learnings for team recapsPrepare pre-read metrics for weekly growth calls with clean, reliable dataKeep our testing database structured, updated, and ready for analysisProcess and QualityFollow and refine SOPs for ad uploads, data management, and reporting workflowsDeliver recurring tasks on time with minimal reworkIdentify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency with automation or AI toolsRequirements2+ years of experience in DTC eCommerce (brand or agency)Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (setup, QA, troubleshooting)Advanced skills in Google Sheets or Excel (formulas, pivots, data cleaning)Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracyReliable, organized, and comfortable working independentlyClear communicator who collaborates well across teamsBonus: experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or ApplovinBenefitsJoin a profitable, fast-growing global DTC brand with big ambitionsFully remote and flexible, work from wherever you're happiest and most productive just make your there is a 50% overlap with EST morningsCollaborate closely with experienced growth and creative leadersBe part of a supportive team that values accuracy, efficiency, and learningSee your work make a direct impact, your reports and insights will help guide strategy and growth each weekIf you're detail-driven, data-fluent, and love making campaigns run smoother, faster, and smarter, we'd love to meet you.
