The Paid Media Expert will direct the development and execution of our paid media strategy across all digital platforms. This position requires a strong blend of creativity & innovation 💡, sharp analytical thinking 🧠, and proactive ownership 🚀 to drive sustainable growth and maximize return on investment.The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented self-starter, responsible for critically evaluating our current campaigns and providing strategic recommendations to guide the company toward a more effective approach. You will have the autonomy to manage campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with our business objectives. While leveraging AI tools 💻 for analysis is encouraged, this role relies on expert judgment and strategic ingenuity to create campaigns that resonate with our audience.Key Responsibilities🔹 Campaign Strategy & Management 🎯Develop, launch, and manage end-to-end paid media campaigns 🚀Focus on key platforms: YouTube Shorts, Google PPC, and Meta AdsCollaborate with internal teams 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 to align ad creative with campaign goalsOwn the campaign calendar and ensure timely execution. 🗓️Manage and allocate budget effectively.🔹 Performance & Optimization 📈Analyze campaign performance data to find actionable insights. 📊Deliver clear, concise reports on key metrics and ROIProactively suggest and implement optimizations to improve results. 🛠️Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creative, and landing pages🔹 Innovation & Growth 💡Reassess our entire paid media history to build a smarter strategy. 🗺️Brainstorm new, creative ideas to enhance channel performance and engagementStay up-to-date on the latest paid media trends and platform updates. 🧠Identify and pitch opportunities for expansion into new channels or tactics🔹 Accountability & Communication 🗂️Deliver campaign builds and reports ✅ on timeCommunicate strategy, updates, and results clearly to the team. 🗣️Respond to Basecamp messages promptly and be available during working schedule. 📧Maintain an organized workflow for all active and planned campaignsThis role is ideal for a data-driven creative who loves combining strategy, testing, and action and wants to take full ownership of building a paid media function that delivers measurable results.Requirements✅ YouTube Shorts Ads experience – required, this is a key focus for the role✅ Google PPC & Meta Ads experience – required, with a strong portfolio of results ✅ Creative and strategic mindset – able to develop innovative campaign ideas✅ Analytical thinker – can interpret complex data and make clear recommendations ✅ Proactive and independent – a self-starter who takes initiative and ownership✅ Fluent in English – bilingual or native fluency required✅ Tech-savvy – comfortable with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.✅ Highly organized – able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities effectively✅ Detail-oriented – catches the small stuff that makes a big difference in performance ✅ TikTok or LinkedIn Ads experience – a plus, but not required.This is a fully remote, part-time role, so you can work from anywhere while growing your career.
