This role will focus on generating high-quality leads (form fills and booked calls) and driving brand visibility among business owners and executives in North America & Canada.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage paid advertising strategies across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta AdsSet up, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns to ensure performance and ROIWrite compelling ad copy and coordinate with our design team for creative assetsConduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, forms, and audience targeting and segmentationResearch and define target audiences and key segments based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)Analyze campaign data and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insightsRequirementsEnglish (C1/C2) and Spanish3+ years of marketing experience running paid ad campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and MetaExperience working with UTM links, conversion pixels, Google Tag Manager, and CRM tools (preferably HubSpot)Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsQuiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and backup connectionBachelor's or Associate's degree preferredBenefitsOur Core Values at WorkWe live by ACTION (get things done), CARE (help others and do things right), OUTSTANDING (operate at the highest standards), DEPENDABLE (own every commitment), and ENERGY (bring positivity every day).
