Role DescriptionWe are seeking a results-oriented, full-time Paid Media & SEO Specialist to join our team on-site in Colombo.This is a critical, hands-on role where you will be the driving force behind our clients' search and social visibility. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management, daily optimization, and reporting of high-performance paid campaigns and comprehensive SEO strategies. You will work closely with our account management team, providing crucial insights and executing strategies that align with clear business objectives and growth targets.Key Responsibilities:Daily Optimization & Management: Take full ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned paid media accounts across search and social platforms.Performance Campaign Execution: Set up, launch, and meticulously manage campaigns on both Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), focusing on ROI and efficiency.SEO Strategy & Implementation: Develop and execute holistic SEO strategies, including technical audits, keyword research, on-page optimization, and content strategy recommendations to drive organic traffic and rankings.Collaboration & Reporting: Work seamlessly with the account management team to ensure alignment between campaign performance and client goals, providing regular, data-backed reports on all activities.Essential QualificationsExpert-Level Paid Media Management: Proven ability to manage, optimize, and scale campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search/PPC is a must).In-Depth SEO Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of technical SEO, on-page best practices, and off-page strategy. Experience with Google Search Console.Data-Driven Mindset: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign data into clear, actionable optimization strategies.Independence & Teamwork: A strong self-starter who is comfortable working independently to hit deadlines, yet collaborative enough to thrive within a fast-paced team environment.Experience Advantage: Prior professional experience in a similar hybrid paid media and SEO role at a digital agency or in-house team is a significant plus.*We offer a competitive salary package based on experience and ability to deliver.*
