With a fully remote team based across Lisbon and Pakistan, we operate with speed, autonomy, and a deep commitment to results.About the Role:We’re looking for a skilled and performance-oriented Paid Media Specialist to take full ownership of our paid acquisition strategy across Meta and Google Ads. You’ll be responsible for launching campaigns from scratch, optimizing performance based on data, and scaling what works. This is a hands-on role where you’ll collaborate with our marketing, product, and design teams to drive measurable growth. If you’re excited to build and grow paid channels in a flexible, remote-first startup, we’d love to meet you.This is a Full-Time remote position.We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist, specifically with these requirements:Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.Proven experience running and scaling Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.Strong skills in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and conversion tracking tools (Pixel, CAPI, UTM).Ability to launch campaigns from scratch, test creatives, and optimize for CAC, LTV, and ROAS.Solid understanding of B2B/SaaS funnels and lead generation strategies.Experience creating or collaborating on ad creatives and landing pages.Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.Highly analytical, resourceful, and results-driven with excellent communication skills.(Bonus) Familiar with organic Reddit marketing (not ads).(Bonus) Experience with ad compliance and cloaking tools for restricted categories.Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.Build full-funnel strategies: cold targeting, creative testing, landing pages, and retargeting.Set up and manage conversion tracking and attribution with clean data.Analyze performance to reduce CAC, increase LTV, and scale profitable campaigns.Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to align with overall growth goals.Test new ad angles, copy, creatives, and audience segments tailored for SaaS buyers.Use cloaking tools when needed to navigate ad restrictions.Manage budgets efficiently and report performance with actionable insights.Move fast: test, learn, and iterate with a focus on results over process.Growth Opportunities/Perks:Be the first dedicated hire in paid growth, with full ownership of strategy and execution.Opportunity to grow into a Head of Paid Growth role as performance scales.Potential to manage a small performance team or work with freelancers/creatives.Expand into other channels (YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, etc.) over time.30 days paid time off annually.Work directly with founders and a lean, fast-moving team.Flexible remote schedule; we care about output, not hours.Access to detailed SOPs, internal training, and support for Reddit-specific learning.This Position Is Perfect For You If…You're a self-starter.You take ownership of your work, thrive with autonomy, and don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do.You're data-driven and creative.You blend performance analysis with bold ad testing to find what actually converts.You're results-focused.You care about hitting targets, not just reporting metrics, and you know how to scale what works.Our hiring process is made up of four parts, so please be aware that you will need to dedicate time for a questionnaire, a video, and two 1-on-1 interviews.Thank you for taking the time to consider this position.
