Paid Media Specialist (Analyst Level)Level: Junior to Mid-LevelLocation: RemoteCompensation: $35K–$40K per annumAbout FullFunnelFullFunnel is a GTM and RevOps services firm partnering with B2B organizations to solve complex revenue challenges. As part of our Marketing Operations function, you will contribute directly to campaign execution, optimization, and measurable client performance across Paid Media channels.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment, has hands-on paid media execution experience, and can clearly articulate performance outcomes (not just describe tasks completed).Position SummaryThe Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing paid search and paid social campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads Manager. The role requires strong tactical execution ability, structured thinking, and the confidence to communicate performance insights with clarity.We are not looking for a generalist. This role focuses specifically on direct paid media execution and measurable campaign performance.Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media Execution & OptimizationPlan, build, launch, and optimize Paid Search (Google Ads) and Paid Social (LinkedIn & Meta) campaigns.Develop structured testing plans (creative tests, audience segmentation, bid strategies, landing page experiments).Measure and report on performance with clarity — what changed, why, and what to do next.Communicate performance directly to internal and client stakeholders.Performance & AnalyticsTrack and analyze key paid media metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and Cost per Opportunity.Translate data into clear recommendations — moving from surface-level reports to meaningful insights.Support budget pacing, forecasting, and performance reporting dashboards.CollaborationWork closely with content, design, and RevOps teams to ensure messaging, targeting, and funnel alignment.Participate in client calls to communicate recommendations confidently and credibly.Qualifications & SkillsRequired2+ years hands-on execution experience in Google Ads + LinkedIn or Meta Ads.Ability to explain your campaign decisions (not just what you clicked, but why).Demonstrated ability to report performance with metrics, such as:% CTR lift from creative iterationROAS improvementConversion rate upliftExperience building structured audiences and/or segmentation strategies.Comfort presenting performance updates directly to clients or internal teams.Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with timelines.As part of your application, please upload a document with your resume, outlining the following question:Describe one paid media campaign you directly managed.
