They combine data-driven marketing strategies with creative execution to drive growth, optimize performance, and expand their product portfolio in competitive markets.LocationFully Remote | 9 AM - 5 PM ESTRole OverviewOur client is seeking a results-driven Paid Media Specialist to manage day-to-day paid media channels, including Meta, TikTok, and other platforms, while driving strategy and optimization. The ideal candidate has deep Paid Social expertise, thrives in fast-paced ecommerce environments, and is eager to make a direct impact on growth.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution & OptimizationExecute and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platformsBuild ads and campaigns to acquire new customersDevelop and maintain a rolling test-and-learn roadmap across paid social, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, placements, landing pages, ad formats, funnel sequencing, and offer/messaging strategyCreative CollaborationPartner with creative strategy lead and creative team to deliver performance-optimized briefs and contentProvide strategic direction and feedback to creative partners, including external agencies and in-house teamsConduct creative testing and optimize based on platform best practicesAnalysis & ReportingAnalyze campaign results and creative performance to drive insights and future planningCommunicate results, trends, and insights clearly to internal stakeholders and leadershipPlatform & Industry EngagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with platform ad partners to gain access to alpha/beta tests and emerging product opportunitiesStay ahead of evolving platform capabilities, algorithm changes, and cultural trendsAdditional Paid Marketing responsibilities as neededQualificationsExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field experience1–2+ years of experience managing Meta and TikTok Ads in ecommerce, preferably with agency or in-house.Expertise with Meta Business Manager and TikTok Seller CentralProficiency with ShopifyExperience optimizing creative strategyExperience in a start-up or growth company preferredAbility to efficiently manage and prioritize multiple projects with cross-functional teamsDetail-oriented, organized, and strong follow-throughStrong time management skills and sense of urgencySkillsStrategic thinking, conceptualizing new ideas, and initiating change in fast-paced environmentsStrong oral and written communication, interpersonal capabilities with internal and external partnersNatural problem solver with positive attitudeUnquestionable ethicsPassion for the wellness community and herbal medicine with vision for innovative consumer connectionsWhat Success Looks LikeExecute and optimize paid social campaigns that drive measurable growth and customer acquisitionMaintain a robust test-and-learn roadmap that continuously improves performance across platformsDeliver actionable insights through thorough analysis of campaign and creative performanceCollaborate effectively with creative and cross-functional teams to produce high-performing campaignsStay ahead of platform trends, emerging features, and industry best practicesOpportunityThis is your chance to take full ownership of paid social campaigns for a fast-growing wellness ecommerce brand.
