Our task force system allows you to focus on managing your customers, strategy, and innovation, while your support team takes care of day to day and recurring tasks - keeping you informed on progress every step of the way.ResponsibilitiesCreates, manages and optimizes SEA Campaigns aligned with customer objectivesGuarantees that production and delivery lead times are met according to defined SLAsMeets Individual KPIs (Campaign management, Customer objectives & customer satisfaction)Maintains coherence of the SEA strategy with the customer’s overall marketing strategyDetects potential areas of improvement during the management of SEA campaignsIs proactive in indicating improvements when needed and communicates to ManagerManages incoming requests from external departments, prioritizes and communicates efficientlySupports other elements of the team (this includes being a reliable backup during absences)Reports on Account & Campaign performance for both internal and external purposesKeeps the digital knowledge pro-actively up to date (Actively stays aware of market trends and updated concerning digital marketing and advertising – main focus on SEA)Assures confidentiality of all customer & company informationCommunicates in a timely and professional manner to internal & external clients via e-mail, Wrike & telephoneAnalyses and evaluates campaign performances and creates roadmaps for optimisations. Coordinates and follows up on the roadmap efficiently to task force members.Occasionally presents SEA results & recommendations during live presentations to AdvertisersDelegates tasks efficiently to other team members.QualificationsGraduate or equal by experienceExperience managing SEA Campaigns (Google or Bing)Fluent in French or Dutch and EnglishGood understanding of Microsoft office toolsEager to learn continuouslyStructured and disciplined with a mature sense of responsibilityHas experience managing internal and/or external customer expectationsEqual Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity.```
