Paid Search SpecialistRole outline and expectationsAs our Paid Search Specialist you will be in charge of the entire PPC strategy by developing multi-channel paid search campaigns for a range of clients. This is a hands-on role where you’ll shape strategy, guide clients on smarter ad spend, and run campaigns end to end. Analytically-minded, commercially-focused and motivated by success, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to deliver engaging, high-performing campaigns for a range of global brands.Responsibilities:● Manage large scale, complex paid media campaigns across Paid Search: ensure pacing according to defined budget, implement, forecast, compile, optimise and report on ongoing paid campaigns across SEM platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.● Contribute to and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, ad copy development, campaign structuring, display network and other areas of paid search to meet client goals.● Aid in the development of cross-channel media strategy/media plans and all SEM biddable platforms.● Keep ahead of SEM trends and turn them into smarter strategies that boost performance.● Work with the wider team to develop media strategies, support measurement planning, conduct campaign analysis, and create client presentations and reports.● Manage multiple projects with strong organisational and project management skills, ensuring timely and successful completion.Required skills & experience● Professional-level English; written and spoken● 3+ years of related experience in a digital environment● Hands-on technical expertise with SEM platforms and a genuine interest/curiosity in media & technology● Experience with Direct Response campaigns, knowing how to connect business goals with strategies that convert.● Experience in optimisation techniques and bid management skills in Search, Demand Gen, Shopping, Pmax, YouTube and Display.● Confident in leading client conversations around PPC strategy and making data-based recommendations● Strong data analysis abilities (Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, Supermetrics, etc).● Strong written communication and copywriting skills, with a proven ability to apply best practices that drive conversions.● User-centric strategic thinker with the ability to balance the big picture with the detail.● Motivated by a sense of personal accountability and commitment to delivering exceptional results.Our Interview Process1.
