As a key member of our performance marketing team, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating our social media strategy, with a focus on driving engagement and conversions.Develop and execute comprehensive paid social media strategies tailored to the Spanish marketEnd-to-End: Planning, managing, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and moreAnalyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness and inform future strategiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brandingStay up to date with industry trends and platform updates to keep campaigns innovativeManage and oversee our Amazon Ads campaigns in Spain, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives. If needed, you can participate in training session to enhance your expertise in Amazon AdvertisingYour profile At least initial experience in implementing and managing successful paid social media campaigns (Meta in particular) Fluent Italian or Spanish language skills (native or very good level), as well as good English or German skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Experience with Amazon Advertising is an advantage; training is offered for those without experience Excellent communication and team skills What We OfferYou will be an important part of our diverse and open-minded team that supports and improves each other 30 paid vacation days - which you can take whenever it suits you in consultation with your supervisor.
