We are first and foremost a great team full of ambitious and proactive individuals whose goal is to become the best professionals they can be and make Digital Silk a globally renowned digital agency.Our quest for excellence has resulted in our company’s growth and continuous need for outstanding team members.We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist with extensive experience in Meta and LinkedIn advertising to plan, build, and optimize paid campaigns that drive measurable business results for our clients.You will play a key role in shaping digital strategy, executing impactful campaigns, and continuously improving performance through data analysis and insights.ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate must have in-depth, hands-on experience in both platforms as well as in-depth knowledge of audience targeting options. Plan, set up, and optimize Meta (Facebook + Instagram) and LinkedIn ad campaigns across the full funnel - awareness, consideration, and conversion.Create data-driven paid media strategies aligned with client goals.Develop and test ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.Monitor and manage campaign budgets, pacing, and bidding strategies.Implement tracking and analytics (Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, UTM parameters) and ensure accurate reporting.Produce detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.Participate in client calls and sales pitches, presenting campaign strategies and results.Collaborate with the design, content, and strategy teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.Continuously stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and best practices in paid social media.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in paid media, with a strong focus on Meta and LinkedIn advertising.Agency experience is highly preferred.Proven track record in managing lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.Deep understanding of campaign structures, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques on both Meta and LinkedIn.Experience with tracking setup, A/B testing, and data analysis.Excellent English communication and presentation skills.Confident working client-facing and able to explain complex data in clear, actionable terms.Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).Must be available to work 8am–5pm EST (with breaks), as our clients are based in the US.What We OfferA work culture focused on growth, teamwork, and excellence.Competitive pay, salary growth, and bonuses.Equity ownership - share in profit upon company sale!Challenging projects and the opportunity to work with top-tier team members and clients.Work-from-home flexibility.4 weeks paid time off.Recruitment StepsReceive a short questionnaire.Send back answers + CV.Have a short call with our Recruitment team.Interview with our CMO.Receive feedback.We kindly ask for your CV and all correspondence to be in English.
