Has 1–3 years of experience running Paid Social (agency, D2C brand, freelancer or similar)Knows how to launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google (YouTube/Search)Understands what drives performance - from creative hooks to conversion journeysIs fluent in key metrics like ROAS, CAC, CLV, CVRHas strong instincts for content virality and what makes a great ad scroll-stoppingCollaborates cross-functionally with content, influencer, and lifecycle teamsCan work hands-on in platforms while also thinking strategically about growthWhat You’ll Be DoinOwn execution across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads - both always-on and drop-based campaignsLaunch weekly creative tests (new hooks, formats, segments) and double down on winnersPartner with the content team to surface high-performing organic content for paidMonitor performance daily and flag optimization opportunities by asset, audience, or funnelReport KPIs with clarity — you know what worked, what didn’t, and what’s nextCollaborate with lifecycle and landing page teams for cohesive funnel performanceAlign paid content with UGC, creator posts, and product launchesMaintain a basic understanding of ad tracking — pixels, UTMs, attribution signalsYour Skillset1–3 years of Paid Social experience in a performance roleExperience using Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google AdsAbility to use creative as a lever — from UGC to high-concept editsStrong analytical ability and fluency in performance KPIsClear opinions on hooks, formats, and what makes content workStrong ownership mindset with a test-and-iterate approachBonus Skills (Not Required, But Valued)Experience with Klaviyo or lifecycle flowsKnowledge about Creative Analysis tools (Foreplay, Motion or Magicbrief).
