Painter Full-Time

Painter – 4* Grand Hotel, MalahideNow under the FBD Hotels & Resorts management, the Grand Hotel in Malahide is currently seeking a skilled and reliable Painter to join our maintenance team on a full-time basis. About the Role: As a Painter, you will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of presentation throughout the hotel by carrying out painting and decorating tasks across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. You’ll be working as part of a supportive and experienced maintenance team in a busy hotel environment. Responsibilities will include:

Carry out interior and exterior painting, decorating, and minor repair workEnsure all work areas are left clean and safe after tasks are completedFollow all health and safety proceduresLiaise with other departments to minimize disruption to guestsAssist the wider maintenance team with general upkeep as neededRequirements: Proven experience as a painter (hotel or commercial setting preferred)Strong attention to detail and a high standard of finishAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility and a positive attitudeGood time management skillsThe ideal candidate: We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and hardworking individual who has previous experience in this area.
