We are seeking a smart, dedicated, and detail-oriented Female Front Desk Officer to be the face of our tech company. The ideal candidate will possess a pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple front desk operations efficiently while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. This role requires someone who is vigilant, proactive, and disciplined, with a strong sense of responsibility towards maintaining office standards and ensuring a smooth experience for all visitors and internal staff. ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist visitors, guests, clients, and walk-in customers in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage front desk operations including incoming calls, appointment scheduling, and visitor logs. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area at all times. Handle courier dispatches and receipts, and maintain proper records. Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate with office staff for visitor needs. Respond to front desk inquiries and route them to appropriate departments efficiently. Coordinate with security and admin team for guest clearance and staff protocols. Maintain daily logbooks, front desk checklists, and visitor records. Support administrative tasks as and when required. Ensure adherence to company protocols and professional standards.
QualificationsMinimum Bachelorās degree or equivalent qualification. At least 3 years of proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in a tech or corporate environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant, approachable demeanor. High attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and commitment to maintaining a neat and clean environment. Must be punctual, reliable, and exhibit a high level of ownership and accountability.
