Palantir Consultant (x5) – Onsite | Global Refinery LocationsTerm: Minimum 12 monthsRate: Negotiable (Contract)Start Date: ImmediateWe’re supporting a global Oil & Gas client in staffing Senior Palantir Specialists with experience in training others on Palantir across key refinery sites to drive digital transformation and strengthen Palantir capability at site level.This is an onsite role, with one consultant required at each of the following locations:Whiting, USA (Indianapolis)Cherrypoint, USA (Washington)Rotterdam, NetherlandsThe RoleThis 12-month engagement focuses on mentoring, issue resolution, data governance, and upskilling site users on Palantir applications, including: Quiver, Contour, Workshop, Object Explorer, Pipeline Builder, Automate, AIP Logic, and AIP Agent Studio.You’ll play a key role in embedding Palantir best practices, improving platform utilization, and developing in-house capability.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide onsite mentoring and hands-on support for Palantir applications.Host 1-1 sessions, weekly office hours, and monthly Lunch & Learns.Coordinate with central teams on training, hackathons, and site enablement campaigns.Manage and follow up on site-specific Palantir support tickets.Participate in beta and early access testing for Palantir applications.Oversee data quality and governance issues and liaise with central teams on ontology and dataset improvements.Develop and execute a 12-month Palantir skills roadmap for the site.Create reusable, documented Palantir application examples for site users.Required Skills & ExperienceStrong expertise across Palantir applications: Quiver, Contour, Workshop, Object Explorer, Pipeline Builder, Automate, AIP Logic, AIP Agent Studio.In-depth understanding of the Palantir ecosystem: Ontology, Datasets, repositories, and permission models.Proven experience building and scaling Palantir Foundry applications.Excellent communication, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement skills.Desirable:Programming in Python, TypeScript, and/or SQL.Knowledge of refining or downstream operations.If you’re a hands-on Palantir professional with training experience passionate about enabling others and driving data-led transformation at scale — we’d love to hear from you.
