DescriptionWe’re looking for a highly organised and proactive CMO Associate to support the Chief Marketing Officer of PalmPay.
Based in our Hangzhou office, this role will serve as a key link between the CMO and teams across China and our operational markets - Nigeria, Tanzania, Bangladesh. You’ll help streamline marketing operations, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and support strategic planning initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesOperational OversightImplement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP) to improve coordination and accountability across the marketing & communication functionAssist the CMO in monitoring progress on key campaigns and deliverables, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are metOrganise recurring check-ins, reporting and documentation to keep workflows structuredTrack marketing KPIs and campaign performance for reporting and analysisCross-team liaison (China)Act as the communication bridge between the CMO and China-based colleagues (product, operations, finance, etc)Coordinate internal approvals, information sharing, and feedback loops to ensure alignment and timely execution of marketing initiativesYou will be supported by a junior officer for day-to-day liaison workStrategic supportConduct market and competitor research to support multi-country planning and decision making Help prepare internal documents and presentations for strategic projects and management meetingsContinuously research marketing best practices - both globally and locally - and proactively share relevant insights, tools and case studies with the team to drive ongoing improvement.
