Field Collections Officer – Buy Now Pay Later

Job Summary: The Field Collector is responsible for visiting customers in person to recover outstanding payments or company property, ensuring compliance with company policies, maintaining accurate records, and providing professional customer service during the collection process. Key Responsibilities:

Contact customers via phone, email, SMS, and in-person visits to follow up on outstanding paymentsNegotiate and establish payment arrangements in line with company policiesProvide customers with accurate information regarding their account status and available payment optionsMaintain and update customer records with relevant payment details, visit notes, and communication logsEnsure all collection activities comply with company collection policies, legal requirements, and financial regulationsHandle customer complaints and disputes professionally and escalate cases when necessaryPlan and manage daily visit routes to maximize efficiencyRecover company property (e. g.
